I was really hoping this would make a difference, but I still felt dry after using it. Kind of regret buying it because I expected better hydration

I tried to return an order, and based on my experience, the whole process felt unnecessarily drawn out. The email replies took a long time, and getting the refund sorted wasn’t straightforward at all. After dealing with that, I don’t really feel confident ordering from here again.

My package arrived badly smashed, and the bottle had leaked all over the inside of the box. It was already crushed when it got to me, which was really frustrating. I was also expecting a faster response after reporting it, so the whole experience was a bit disappointing.

I used this for a while hoping it would at least calm my acne down, but my skin just kept getting worse. The blemishes didn’t fade either, so it felt like a waste. On top of that, I wasn’t thrilled that the terms seemed to change after I’d already signed up/started using it. Disappointing overall...

I used this cream every night for about 3 weeks and didn’t see any change at all. My skin felt exactly the same and the spots are still there, so it was disappointing. I really expected better, or at least some kind of apology for it not doing what it claimed. Not worth it for me...
